ZIIP offers free ground shipping on all orders shipping in the Contiguous US. Shipping fees are charged for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. All orders are shipped from California.

ZIIP currently ships to the US & Canada.

PROCESSING

After each order is placed, we process them in the order that they are received. We strive to ship each order within 48 hours, though processing times may be longer at certain times of the year. After processing, delivery date depends on the shipping method chosen during checkout. If you choose our free Ground shipping option, your order will generally arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on your location.

Selecting 2-Day shipping at checkout does not guarantee that an online order will be shipped on the same day and get to the customer within 2 days. It will only guarantees that the order will be shipped via 2nd Day Air once the order ships.

The ZIIP team takes a much deserved rest on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be processed the following day.

Returns

RETURN OF PURCHASE

Unopened and unused products purchased through ziipbeauty.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price. Please use our return portal to initiate a return or replacement on qualifying devices. 

An alternative method to initiate a return or replacement is to email support@ziipbeauty.com for a Return Authorization (RA) request. Product(s) returned without a RA# (Return Authorization number) will not be accepted.

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. ZIIP does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product(s) being returned for a refund without an RA number. Send via an insured method & forward tracking details to support@ziipbeauty.com

Please allow 3-5 business days to inspect your product(s). If purchased directly from ZIIP and if a refund is applicable, credit will be applied back to the original method of purchase.

Please note that ZIIP does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for: 

  • Products purchased new from unauthorized distributors, or through unauthorized distribution channels (i.e. eBay, etc.)
  • Items that are not defective, unless unopened and unused (within 30 days)
  • Products purchased more than two years ago
  • Damages due to misuse, improper maintenance or repair, using alternate voltage source, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damaged ZIIP devices used with any conductive medium other than those supplied by ZIIP
  • Products returned without a valid itemized receipt
  • Shipping charges
  • Products returned with an RA# (Return Authorization number) will not be accepted.

ZIIP reserves the right to update this return policy at any time.

RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT

Defective devices may be exchanged for replacement under the warranty, within two years of receipt. Please email support@ziipbeauty.com for replacement under warranty or use our returns portal.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 48 hours from the UK, not including weekends or Bank Holidays. Please note: there may be extended processing times during certain times of the year.

To stay updated on your order progress, refer to the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any additional questions, please contact the support team here.

  • Standard Delivery:
    We offer free standard delivery in Ireland on orders €100 and up or at a fee of €5,99 for orders below €100. Standard delivery can take between 5 and 8 days to arrive.
  • Express Delivery:
    This can take between 1 and 3 days to arrive. Customers have the option to avail express delivery at €9,99.

RETURNS

If your order meets the following criteria, submit your return through the Returns Portal:

  • The product is unopened and unused 
  • The purchase was made directly through ziipbeauty.ie
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date

If you’ve experienced any damages or issues with your device, please reach out to us for assistance here. Defective devices may qualify for a replacement under warranty, within two years of purchase date.

ZIIP reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time.

In order to ensure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible, our warehouse team processes the packages very quickly. This means we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address, payment method, or applying a promotional discount.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you have 15 minutes to cancel after placing your order.

To cancel your order, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Account to view your recent orders.
  2. Select the order you'd like to cancel.
