Yes, every ZIIP device comes with a bottle of ZIIP Gel. The ZIIP HALO, our latest device, comes with a 50ml bottle of our Electric Complex Gel.
We do not recommend using the Electric Complex Gel as a mask, as it is developed as a conductive serum, free from active ingredients. We’d recommend using either our Golden, Silver or Crystal Gel if you’re looking for additional skincare benefits from your gel.

My wife use Zipp . From her experience any gel including electric complex gel must be purchased from Zipp side . Unfortunately, a lot of people recommend using substitute gels, however, they are not working with Zipp therapy. After trying different gel my wife recommends use only gels from Zipp.

I love my Halo and enjoyed the sample gels that came with it but knew I would need the long-term solution that was affordable. The electric complex gel has a serum-like, more watery texture that makes spreading on my face very easy. However, unlike other gels I have tried that seem to require large amounts of extra gel in order to for the Halo to work and glide properly, ZIIP's electric complex gel required so much less and yet feels like it works so much better! Without the addition of actives, it also is extremely easy to wash off afterwards which is wonderful when I use this in the morning. I think the price point makes this a product definitely something I will continue with as its the perfect addition.

I've tried the other Ziip gels but this one seems to be the nicest. The texture is not gooey or slimy or gross. It's lightweight and yet it does the job. And I think it's less affordable than the versions I don't like. I recommend.
