Your ZIIP HALO is programmed with the 4 Minute Facial so you can ZIIP anywhere without the need for the app. The 4 Minute Facial is a powerful 4-minute freeform facial that uses both Microcurrent and Nanocurrent.
For all other treatments and treatment plans, download the ZIIP App where our founder Melanie guides you through each treatment. For the best ZIIP results, we recommend using the app where you can tailor your treatments to your skin's needs.
The ZIIP App is a free app available in the Apple App store and the Google Play store. It can be used on iPhones, iPads, and Android phones.
When the device needs to be charged, the band around the centre of the device will glow orange.
To charge, insert the USB-A to USB-C charging cable into a USB power adapter, then plug the other end into your ZIIP HALO device. Always use a charger/wall adapter that has a maximum 5V output. (Do not attempt to use device while charging.)
If the device is completely drained of its battery and does not power on, plug in the device and press the power on button to activate charging.
During charging, the band will glow orange. The device will take up to 4 hours to charge. Once fully charged, the orange light will switch off.
Never leave your ZIIP to charge on a flammable surface.
For best results, we recommend using your ZIIP 3-5 times per week, with a maximum of 6 times per week when following a short term treatment plan.

Microcurrent is a low-intensity electrical current, commonly used as a non-invasive electrotherapy to improve the appearance of skin. Usually administered using a small, handheld device.
Microcurrent is safe when used on the skin due to the use of such low levels of electrical current. Although, each individual's sensitivity to electrical waveforms can vary, meaning some individuals may be more sensitive to the tingling sensation that Microcurrent causes.
Microcurrent technology is widely recognised as a safe, non-invasive cosmetic treatment when used as directed.

ZIIP HALO should not be used on:

To clean your ZIIP Microcurrent device we recommend that you use isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth to wipe down your ZIIP after every use.
Lightly spray a clean cloth with isopropyl alcohol and wipe your ZIIP down after every use, paying close attention to cleaning around the globes, the white silicone and around the light up band, then wipe off with a dry cloth before storing.
Please keep your ZIIP away from water or any other liquids, dampness or debris. DO NOT submerge your ZIIP HALO in water, place in the dishwasher or apply abrasive cleaners/chemicals. When using your ZIIP, be sure to keep the charging port free of any liquid. This will help ensure your ZIIP HALO continues to perform at its best.

I've only been using it a short time but can say it does plump the lips. I need more time using the ziip halo to make an honest review. It's easy to set up and use. I like the diffrent programs. I will continue to use it. I'm expecting to see some changes in my overall skin appearance. Thanks Ziip Halo 😇
I had been using another Microcurrent device for over 4 years, and I have now switched to the Ziip Halo - I am so happy I did! Although I liked the strength of the other one at 100%, it was not rechargeable, had no app and was a pain to use - boring too. I LOVE this one - Love the App, Love all the treatments and the fact that they get updated. It is so relaxing with Melanie's guidance, and I look forward to my Self-Care time. It also fits in perfectly with my other modalities. I have only been using the Halo consistently for a little over a month, I look forward to seeing the results as time goes by.
It works great and the app is very useful. However, after a few months of regular and careful use, the device started falling apart. The rubber is detaching from the device and the silver part is staining very weirdly. I contacted customer service by email (there is no way to contact them by phone), but I am still waiting for the respond. I had the NUFACE for years and it was perfect until, sadly, I lost it on a trip. I am going back to buy another one.
I've been using the ZIIP Halo for about 3 years now. After using, my face is more lifted (sometimes subtle, depending on the program) but still noticeable. Recently though, I came down with the worst sinus congestion to the point where my cheeks and under eyes were puffy and my lymph nodes were sore to touch. I used the lymphatic drainage program with ZIIP and it worked immediately! I actually couldn't believe it. The lymph nodes in my neck were no longer sore and my congestion was completely gone the next day! I continued to use that program every night for the next 3 days and it just worked a miracle. I was so thankful that I didn't turn to antibiotics right away and used the ZIIP first. It just shows you that this device really does work!
The protected charging port is a huge improvement. I hope it lasts longer than a year, which has been the case with my previous Ziip devices. I love it, and really believe it works.
